Since 2016, I have worked on maintaining and updating the Zurn customer guides. There are currently six guides for the U.S. and four for Canada, although in earlier years there was a point where we had 15 in total. I work with pricing and product management teams to make adjustments throughout the year, and coordinate the digital and print versions that get published.
